Description: Equalizer Firium 2.1, plug-in format RTAS, VST, uses a filter with finite impulse response (FIR), which does not lead to non-linear phase shifts. Recommended for mastering. There is a spectrum analyzer, a function to fit the spectrum of one audio recording to another, a regulator and output level indicators, 50 cells for saving settings (it is possible to automatically fill cells by morphing between two selected settings). Supports sampling rates up to 192 kHz, independent or joint channel editing.
English description from the manufacturer’s website:
Linear phase mastering EQ
Supports sampling rates up to 192 kHz
Automation support (using States)
Work with each channel individually
Four channel linking modes:
Lock – edit the left and right together
Weak – edits to one channel cause a similar change on other
Strong – edits to one channel cause identical change on other
None – no relationship between channels
Reverse – edits to one channel cause a reverse effect on the other (used with Weak or Strong)
Dynamically change the width of an EQ curve
Output peak hold meters with clip indicators
Output trim fader with +/- 18 dB boost / cut
Altivec / Velocity engine optimizations
Built-in spectrum analyzer (with pause)
States overview display
Draw EQ curve freehand or by dragging one of fifty control points
Large, customizable frequency response display:
show input / output, both or neither; turn control points off / on; show / hide inactive channel
Control coupling display to visualize and select how changes to one control point will affect nearby points
History slider to easily browse and compare prior EQs
Curve smooth slider
Curve scale slider
Shift entire EQ curve in frequency or gain
Clear / zero an EQ
Zoom in to +/- 6dB

Copy settings to other workspace or completely clear them
Add. Info: A completely transparent EQ – ideal for mastering.
Linear Phase EQ
Firium builds a complex FIR (Finite Impulse Response) filter to your
specifications. See the results of your EQ with the built-in spectrum analyzer.
Firium will not color your audio with the introduction of non-linear phase
Meet your match
Ever wanted to make one track sound more like another? Need to bring together
takes recorded in different spaces? Firium’s spectrum matching feature provides
you with all this and more. Learn the frequency response of one audio source and
apply it to another for technical adjustment or creative effect.
All 50 States
Use Firium’s 50 States to store EQs for instant recall or automation. Add,
delete, copy, and move the EQ states you create or have Firium intelligently
“fill” empty states, morphing between selected EQs. Working with States is a
snap when you use the States Overview to visualize all 50 available states.
A comprehensive history and two workspaces allow you to easily compare and
contrast different EQs. Edit each channel individually or choose from four
linking modes to designate how changes to one channel will affect the other.
Scale, smooth, or sweep your entire EQ curve. Boost or cut your signal by +/- 18
dB. Customize the spectral display to only show what is of interest to you.
Firium brings creativity to linear phase equalization.
