Welcome to KORE 2! This manual addendum provides information about the new features in version 2.1.4 of KORE 2:

  1. 64 bit support — 64 Bit Support.
  2. Updated Integrated Engines — Updated Integrated Engines.
  3. An option to bypass the Integrated Engines to use newer VST plug-in versions (if they are available)

Before reading this installation note, you must read included pdf.
NI apparently discontinued this product because it is very hard to maintain.
You need to understand latest Kore2 system and restrictions.
If you have previous installation,
1.Delete following directories.
<32bit PC>
(C:\Program Files\Common Files)\Native Instruments\Kore 2\PlugIns
<64bit PC>
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files)\Native Instruments\Kore 2\PlugIns
2.Burn or mount the image.
3.Install Kore 2.
4.Enjoy!
With our small effort, you can install v2.1.4 update without previous installation.
It contains Kore2 factory presets data, but don’t contain the sampling files.
If you want to do that,
 1.Run “NI InstReg Kore 2.exe”. This will install minimum data to run the updater.
2.Burn or mount the image.
3.Install Kore 2.
4.Enjoy!
